Rates, amounts, terms, and time to funding vary by applicant and are not guaranteed. Figures shown are illustrative. Nothing on this site is an offer or commitment to lend.

Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer or commitment to lend, a solicitation, or financial advice. Any funding is provided by third-party lending partners and is subject to their approval, underwriting, and final terms.

Your Application & Information

You agree that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and that you are authorized to share it. You authorize us and our funding partners to use and verify your information to evaluate and process your request, including obtaining business and, where applicable and authorized, personal credit information.

Third-Party Funding Partners

We may refer you to or share your information with third-party lenders and funding providers. We are not responsible for the products, terms, decisions, or conduct of those third parties. Any agreement you enter into is solely between you and the funding provider.

Acceptable Use

• Do not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
• Do not use the Site for any unlawful purpose;
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Site;

Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless an arbitration provision approved by counsel is adopted prior to launch. You and Palm Financing agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally before initiating any proceeding.
